Magstim EGI at SFN 2024: Integrated TMS and HD-EEG for Neuroscience Research

Magstim EGI at SFN 2024: Integrated TMS and HD-EEG for Neuroscience Research

We are excited to announce that Magstim attended the Society for Neuroscience (SFN) 2024 conference! SFN is the premier event for neuroscience professionals, and this year we had the opportunity to showcase our latest innovations to study and treat the brain with non-invasive neuromodulation.

We demonstrated our advanced transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) systems, which are transforming the treatment of neurological and psychiatric conditions like depression and anxiety. TMS is a key research tool for neuroscience studies. Attendees had the chance to see live demos, explore our newest product features, and speak with our experts about the science behind TMS and its clinical applications.

The team also shared HD-EEG technologies. HD-EEG captures activity from the entire brain, including mesial and ventral surfaces. Geodesic Sensor Nets provide a whole head, evenly distributed coverage in a system that is fast and easy to apply and can integrate with fMRI, TMS, MEG, and TES. Comparable to the most advanced neuroimaging technology in the world, HD EEG is more accessible, easier-to-use, and cost-effective.

Magstim EGI has been driving the evolution of TMS from its conception as a research tool to its coming of age as a treatment for nervous system and psychiatric disorders. This non-invasive neuromodulation allows researchers to unravel the network connectivity of the brain and develop treatments and discovery.

Highlights from Magstim at SFN 2024

Live Demonstrations: Attendees experienced our TMS and HD-EEG research technologies

Our Products: We introduced our latest TMS and HD-EEG advancements, which drew attention for their unique features and enhanced capabilities.

Expert Conversations: Our team was on hand to answer questions, discuss research, and explore new possibilities for collaboration within the neuroscience community.

Attending SFN allowed us to engage with researchers, clinicians, and innovators, helping us stay connected to the latest scientific breakthroughs. We’re proud to contribute to the field and look forward to continuing to drive neurotherapeutic solutions forward.

Thank you to everyone who visited us at SFN 2024—we’re excited for the future of neuroscience and what we can achieve together!
