Society for Psychophysiological Research – Prague 2024
Karen Wendt, Magstim EGI European Sales Manager attended the Society for Psychophysiological Research (SPR) Conference in Prague last week. The event kicked off with a Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, where attendees had an introduction to the first Poster Session. The following days were filled with symposia, posters, and plenaries covering a broad range of psychophysiological research topics, with a notable emphasis on EEG technology’s role in advancing these studies. One symposium focused on big team science in EEG.
Karen Wendt commented “I was especially pleased to see a growing emphasis on inclusivity in research. A highlight was a symposium dedicated to inclusivity in electrophysiological studies, and many attendees expressed interest in our "tall" pedestal sensor nets—designed specifically to enable HD-EEG application across a wider range of hair types. The conference offered a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with current EGI users and build connections with prospective collaborators and users”.
